1.General Introduction
High vacuum pressurizing impregnating equipment is the key
equipment for insulation treatment of high voltage motors,
special anti-explosion motors, and transformers. The vacuum
impregnating treatment enhances the mechanical strength,
insulation, anti-moisture and anti-mold performance of the
windings.Installation, test-running and training are provided
on the buyer’s site. The foundation drawing is also provided.

Hydraulic opening and locking of tank cover: The opening, closing,
loosening and tightening of the tank cover are hydraulically driven. Its
return signal is connected to the non-contact switch. |
The opening angle of the tank cover is when the vertex of the
opened cover projects downward beyond the inner wall of the tank. After the tank
cover is opened, it does not affect the lifting of the workpiece. |

The outer wall of the resin storage tank is equipped with a 100mm
cooling insulation layer, and the interior is filled with a cooling medium

Equipped with vacuum pressure gauge, safety device, magnetic flip
level gauge, resin level alarm, resin level can be continuously displayed
on the computer. When there is no resin in the tank, the resin delivery
valve will automatically close to prevent backflow. |
A temperature sensor is installed on the tank to measure and
control the resin temperature |

atmosphere, it must pass through the exhaust gas separation condenser, and the
condensed liquid must be manually released. |
